Diffuse Inc has agreed to a $2 MM investment round led by Dennis Chookaszian, the former CEO of CNA Insurance, experienced board member for both public & private companies, and adjunct professor at Chicago Booth where he teaches Corporate Governance. Dennis is joined in this investment round by Brian Walls, seasoned financial services executive, active blockchain investor, and massive supporter of Diffuse.

The goal of the round is threefold:

1. First, we will establish a world class board of directors, which will help bring credibility as our funds continue to grow and we seek more institutional capital. We plan to have Dennis serve as Lead Director, alongside Ayla Kremb, Brian Walls, and Kenny Estes.
2. Second, the capital will be put to work in growing our team of traders, developers, and fund managers, the driving forces behind our funds’ cutting edge strategies, efficient execution, and potentially attractive returns.
3. Third, it will enable us to seed our pipeline of funds for 2022, including a Web 3.0 VC fund that invests in businesses building infrastructure for a decentralized workforce.
